Setup for Maxon ESCON 4-Q Servo Controller

1. Download the T1a_v2.edc amplifier configuration file.
2. Download, install, and launch, the ESCON Studio application.
3. Using a micro USB cable, connect your computer to the amplifier on the Real Time Computing Electromechanical System.
4. Remove the Enable jumper from the Real Time Computing Electromechanical System.
5. In the ESCON Studio application:
   1. click the Search Controllers button,
   2. select the ESCON Module 24/2 as the Active Controller,
   3. click the Download button and open the T1a_v2.edc file you downloaded earlier, and
   4. click the Store button.
6. Remove the USB cable and replace the Enable jumper.
